Framework throwing a big red error in your face?

• Error message: The Framework could not detect your user account, please try again or contact your CoC if you believe this is an error 
• Solutions:
  • Make sure a steam web api key is setup within your server.cfg file
  • Make sure the user has departments on their account (LEO/Fire/Civ) (Comms will not have in-game access)
  • Make sure the user has an account that is activated, whitelisted, has the correct steam hex on their profile
