Good afternoon,

Phoenix servers will be offline for a server migration, in the meantime all APIs will be unavailable/unusable. Phoenix Development will make a backup of all user info, ticket creations, penal codes, ETC. If something is lost in the migration Phoenix Development will provide compensation.

Phoenix Development is moving to a "newer" and better server being a dedicated server, faster and just better. We are happy to make this change for our Clients, not us.

This will start at 8:00 pm EST and we hope everything will be back online around 9:00pm - 9:30pm EST.
